Babies need to find themselves and learn at their own pace.

Infants also need to advance steadily.

Primary 4,5,6 & 7 should mature toward Secondary Status

Revert to the desks of old which the Top Countries are still using.

The Teacher had control through education and discipline and with a small weekly test brought the pupils who required a hand close to the Teacher. In my day Teachers were respected inside and out of School by the pupils and the Community.

All are not of the same ability.

I speak with 20 years experience working with criminals in the field of alcohol rehab. I am in favor of longer sentences for those who are imprisoned as short sentences achieve nothing. I am in favor if indeterminate sentences for recidivist criminals, even if their most recent crime is comparatively minor. The idea of courts setting life sentences on a 20 year old is however half baked when you have no idea how the criminal will develop over time in jail. Some sentenced to five years may spend that time confirming that their every instinct is violent, lazy and stupid. At the end of which they will be released to offend again. Some sentenced to life may spend ten years changing and improving. Go away and work on this policy.

I was the Conservative Agent for Strathkelvin and Bearsden from 1987 to 1992 and although out of Scottish Politics for many years, still follow the fate of the Scottish Conservative Party with interest. I feel that Ruth is best placed to move the party forward again and have been very impressed by her. She will make sure that silly ideas like creating new parties will be consigned to the dustbin of daft suggestions, and concentrate on reviving the party that already has more support than its representation suggests.

Your speechand reasoning seem very acceptable.
If you can take on Salmond and better him,that would be so good.I live in Scotland with my scottish wife , i am english and my past has been mainly army service and 30 yrs in the police. boththese prtoffessions being close to my heart. I have always voted conservaative even thoughi did come from a mainly labour area.
However the promises that Cameron gave prior to the last election ie a referendum on Europe and support for our armed forces is lamentable.
He can posture and put our servicemen in harms way then cutting them to the bone. The loss of famous scottish regiments under the name of royal regiment of scotland and other historical regiments inEngland is to me a betrayal. Ive said that i would never vote again,i hope you can change my mind.
